Author For the team captains: BCA Rules

Suggestion: Let's pose questions such as "Should we play by BCA rules?" to a single vote from each team's captain and by email-vote only. This could be done with any major changes to the league and less chaotic. Scott would have each person's email as count proof. Simple majority rules. That way, when we have the captain's meeting in October, Scott can just let us know the results. I think this might be a more productive approach and would not require each team's co-captains to be present "to vote" (and the subsequent raising of voices). The voting would already have occurred before our meeting. What do you think captains/Scott?

That wouldn't work for two reasons I can think of now. #1 Scott doesn't know how many teams are playing ahead of time and #2 Scott most likely doesn't have all the appropriate email addresses on hand. Captains meeting is the only reasonable option.
